In an interesting quirk of history, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro 7 and Final Cut Pro X were all designed by the same man: Randy Ubillos. We only had two hours for the discussion, so there wasn’t enough time to discuss every difference between the two applications. And, it should not surprise you that Adobe thinks that Premiere Pro is the application of choice.
